REFUND POLICY / PAYMENT OPTIONS / PROCESSING FEES


I know we have this noted in several locations on our website and in the registration process, but we feel it is important to be transparent as well as informative. As a small business, this has been a difficult couple of years (as it has for many), therefore, it was critical that we spell out how our refunds will work should (praying this doesn't happen) a school needs to shut down.  And while we would love to refund everyone a full or prorated rate that is not always possible due to the outlay of money that is required to make the season possible.  So, while we understand if you do not agree with our policies, we do ask that you refrain from registering until you have talked to us as this will help alleviate any issues that may arise should a cancellation occur.  Please be sure to read the information over in its entirety if you disagree with any of our policies, we kindly ask that you reach out prior to registering as (in some cases) we cannot issue a refund.


Payment Options & Associated Refund Policy

* Each of our payment options offers different refund possibilities, be sure to choose the one that works best for your family. Please understand the inherent risk prior to registration.  


Credit Card - This form of payment carries a processing fee (approx. $8.00 per single registration) which is collected by AthleteReg. We cannot under any circumstances refund the processing fee. 

  • Processing Fee.  We cannot under any circumstances refund the processing fee  Below is a list of some (but not limited to) of the circumstances.
    • Canceled Registration in writing one week prior to the first class.
    • Canceled Registration after the first class.
    • Canceled class/season due to Covid-19, weather, school-wide issue or other Acts of God.
    • Double registration.
    • Missed class due to illness, injury, vacation, appointments or any other circumstances.
    • Registered for the wrong class or by accident.
  • Program Refund (or partial) of payment may be provided for the class in the following circumstances. Note: processing fee is non-refundable:
    • Cancellation in writing is received one week prior to the first class - 100% program fee refund.
    • School-wide cancellation due to Covid-19 (or other catastrophic events) within the first two weeks and the classes cannot be made up - 50% of the program fees will be refunded either back to the card on file or via check. Again, no processing fee refund.  
  • No Refund for the class in the following circumstances:
    • Any cancellation after the first day of class - No Refund.  
    • School-wide cancellation due to Covid-19 (or other catastrophic events) after the first two weeks and the classes cannot be made up. 
    • If your child becomes ill due to Covid (or any other illness, injury etc.) and is unable to finish out the season.
    • No Refunds for any of the reasons listed above once the season the first week of the program has begun.


***We reserve the right to make adjustments to the policy at any time.  

Venmo - This form of payment carries a $3.00 processing fee which must be manually added to the payment at the time of the transaction. 


  • Program/Processing fee is 100% refundable in all of the following scenarios:
    • Canceled Registration in writing one week prior to first class.
    • School-wide cancellation due to Covid-19 (or other catastrophic events) within the first two weeks and the classes cannot be made up
    • Double registration.


  • Program/Processing fee is NOT refundable (but not limited too) for the following scenarios:
    • Canceled Registration after the first class.
    • Missed class due to illness, injury, vacation, appointments, or any other circumstances.
    • School-wide cancellation due to Covid-19 (or other catastrophic events) after the first two weeks and the classes cannot be made up - 50% of the program fees will be refunded via Venmo


  • Program Refund (or partial) of payment may be provided for the class in the following circumstances. 
    • Cancellation in writing is received one week prior to the first class - 100% program fee refund.
    • School-wide cancellation due to Covid-19 within the first two weeks and the classes cannot be made up - 50% of the program fees will be refunded via Venmo.


  • No Refund for the class in the following circumstances:
    • Any cancellation after the first day of class - No Refund.  
    • School-wide cancellation due to Covid-19 (or other catastrophic events) after the first two weeks and the classes cannot be made up. 
    • If your child becomes ill due to Covid (or any other illness, injury etc.) and is unable to finish out the season.

Check - We are no longer accepting checks as a form of payment.  If this is the only form of payment that you have available, please reach out to discuss.
