Daily Health Screening

We will follow and use FCPS daily health screening form which can be accessed by the link below. While you do not need to submit the form before each practice we do ask that you take the time to do a check of your child prior to attending school that day.

Daily Health Screening - Please review the daily health screening prior to attending RunFit Kidz. All coaches will also review the daily health screening prior to class. The daily health screening should completed by students, parent volunteers, and staff.
