The RunFit Kidz Coaching Staff are highly trained runners, triathletes, fitness instructors and fitness fanatics.
All of our coaches are certified in either running, group fitness, personal training, and/or sport specific coaching and each carry CPR/First Aid certifications. We take our coaching seriously and we wouldn't want you to entrust your children's fitness and well being to just anyone. Learning proper form, running mechanics and proper exercises requires an individual who understands the body -bones, muscles, tendons-, how it works and important ways to keep growing kids healthy and strong.
