LYN ISAACSON

Lyn originally hails from Seattle, Washington but came to Northern Virginia via Hawaii where her husband was stationed for 4 years and where Lyn says "she fell in love with running."

Lyn came to RunFit Kidz in the fall of 2011 as a volunteer for the program at West Springfield Elementary School where her daughter Makenna was taking the class. She then joined our team the following spring as Head Coach at Hunt Valley Elementary School.

Lyn is a certified teacher and former massage therapist, as well as a certified trainer and nutrition counselor from American Fitness Professional Association. Lyn has been active her whole life, and besides having completed 1 marathon, 8 half marathons, and numerous 10ks and 5 ks, she enjoys teaching boot camp classes and competing in sprint triathlons.
